PETER ZUNIGA aka PETE PAN has been djing since 1995. Originally he played Goa Trance but after coming upon Hardkiss Delusions of Grandeur and TIP Records Infinite Excursions II, the sound of Chill resonated throughout his reality. Playing Psy Chill records such as Are You Shpongled and Infinity Project, Pete Pan devised his own unique style of spinning. As time progressed he went from Psy Chill to Ethno Chill records such as Dakini and Interchill stuff and finally came upon the Ishq album Orchid which totally took him by storm and cemented into his mind that this was the soundtrack for his life. In 2003 he started his label Lobogistic labs and released the comp. Gnostic Traveller, which had artists such as Ishq, Androcell, Bluetech and Makyo on it. His style while constantly evolving is very unique, most of the time incorporating four turntables and various synthesizers for on the spot remixes. Seeing him play live is always entertaining as you never know what will pop up...he migh t drop a Natalie Imbruglia vocal over an idm beat and then bring in the Sesame Street theme song. Always trying to stay on the cutting edge, he also produces ambient idm under the moniker Papa Legba and does web/graphic/video design work as lobogisticlabs.
